Loveland, Colorado is known in many circles internationally and nationally as an arts community.  For years, Loveland has been called the city of love through the Valentine Re-mailing Program and by using the symbol of a heart. To the delight of visitors during February, the traditional Rotary hearts can be seen all over town, starting near Centerra and extending west towards the mountains on Highway 34. Now comes the opportunity for Loveland to participate in a community event celebrating Loveland with the ““Loveland: A City with HeART” project.  The objective of this project is to encourage people of all ages and backgrounds—from the area and around the world—to have fun with us as we reconnect with and reinvent the heart.
