Dance Fitness Class Every Saturday!

Genesis Health and Fitness Club, 1000 S. Lincoln Street, 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., It is a great way to get into shape and improve your dance skills without needing a partner! It is designed to develop and strengthen primary and secondary core muscles as well as improve your cardio, balance and footwork. This class is for dancers and non dancers alike. All levels of fitness are welcome- beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
