Held annually February 15-28, the Art of Dining is a community event that features dinner deals throughout the Loveland community.  Each restaurant creates its own menu with the set price of $18.77 to celebrate Loveland's history.

The event also benefits the Food Bank for Larimer County to promote, Your Change Can Make a Change, giving participants the option to donate change to the Food Bank or make a cash donation.  In 2010, the restaurants and businessed doubled the amount donated in 2009 by giving over $800 to the Food Bank helping to provide 3,200 meals.

Loveland, Colorado, is known in many circles internationally and nationally as an arts community.  For years, Loveland has been known as the city with love through the Valentine Re-mailing Program and using the symbol of a heart. To the delight of visitors during February, the traditional Rotary hearts can be seen all over town, starting near Centerra and extending west towards the mountains on Highway 34. Now comes the opportunity for Loveland to participate in a community event celebrating Loveland with the ““Loveland: A City with HeART” project.  The objective of this project is to encourage people of all ages and backgrounds—from the area and around the world—to have fun with us as we reconnect with and reinvent the heart.
