LIFE’S OBSTACLES EXAMINED AT LIFETREE CAFE
A rock climber’s struggle with coming back after a devastating ninety-six foot fall will be explored at Lifetree Café on Sunday, October 3 at 7 pm and Tuesday, October 5 at noon and 7 pm.
Loveland’s Craig DeMartino, an avid climber and professional photographer, describes his ordeal in an exclusive Lifetree film. After a tragic instant of miscommunication, DeMartino tumbled off a rocky cliff and plummeted ten stories. The Lifetree interview examines the obstacles he faced after his fall, and how they relate to common struggles in life.
DeMartino’s story has been featured in books and national television. Though he lost a leg, he continues to climb.
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages are available. Lifetree Café is located in Loveland at 1515 Cascade Avenue (the east end of the Group Publishing building, at the corner of West Eisenhower and Cascade Avenue).
Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation on life and faith in a casual coffeehouse-type setting. Questions about Lifetree may be directed to Craig Cable at (970) 292-4138 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . |
